ALL SALES ARE FINAL. GLOW RESEARCH CO. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products — lyophilized research peptides and precision-formulated topical compounds — we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been received. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our research-grade inventory and to comply with applicable regulations governing the sale of research compounds.

No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong product, dissatisfaction with results, or delays caused by shipping carriers. The $25 Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable in all cases.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, GLOW Research Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or undelivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to resolve delivery issues. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Accuracy

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to review the order summary carefully before completing checkout. GLOW Research Co. is not responsible for orders placed in error, including incorrect quantities, incorrect products, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
